- Our clients from the east hail from Shelbyville, Simpsonville, Georgetown. Our hometown of Louisville, Kentucky will always have our heart. We welcome visitors at our flagship in Norton Commons, a small community in the Prospect area. We also attract clients from the neighboring towns Buckner and LaGrange in Oldham County.
- Mount Washington, Bardstown, Loretto, Lebanon, Shively, Elizabethtown, Radcliffe, and Fort Knox visitors often make a day trip a few miles north to Underpinnings to get a fitting and see what’s new. Simpsonville, Frankfort, and smaller communities in Central Kentucky. It’s a quick jaunt that’s well worth the time for our unique lingerie pieces.
- Across the bridge in Indiana, our guests come from New Albany, Jeffersonville, Clarksville, Floyd’s Knobs, Paoli, and Greenville. A visit to Underpinnings is a highlight of a day in Louisville. We even see clients from Evansville, Indiana, and Indianapolis! It’s worth a trip for our wide range of sizes and engaged approach to customer service.

We always welcome walk-ins, but to ensure our undivided attention, please fill out a request for a fitting. Be sure to let us know if you need special accommodations, and try to arrive a few minutes early. Please note that each person who wants an appointment needs their own separate booking; due to the size of our boutique and our staff, we cannot accommodate multiple people in one time slot. We welcome people under 18 looking for a fitting, but require a parent or guardian to be present with them in the fitting room at all times. Please let us know how we can best accommodate you when you make your booking. Host your next get-together at Underpinnings! We’ll close the store to the public at five to start your soiree. Parties are two hours, and the store is yours! We’ll provide prosecco and snacks, and our staff will help you find your new favorite lingerie. There is a $250 minimum for parties, and we can host a maximum of eight guests.
